The employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient to downtown Dublin.
Very noisy in rooms on the front of the hotel
Excellent and helpfull staff, great Location!
It was clean comfortable and roomy. Also very convenient to the Olympia Theatre. The staff were very friendly and helpful a very good experience.
I liked the central location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the service of the staff to give guidance, directions, and advice.
I did not know how to work the coffee pot, so I thought it was broken. The staff told me it was ok, but still, I did not get directions on how to work the pot. For two days I wanted tea in my room, but could not figure out how to get the pot to heat.
The location was exceptional. Very central for shopping/restaurants/night life. The standard of the rooms was also very pleasing. No compromise on finishes/facilities.
Very minor and insignificant, but there was no valance sheet on the divan. It would have added to the opulance of the room.
Easy to find, local to bars and river.
Was very warm in the room so required to have windows open which was not good due to the noise from the bar below. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together and was not that comfortable.
I really enjoyed my time at the Paramount Hotel, I think it is slightly over priced for the accomodation you are offering, The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and one lady on the front desk was repeatedly rude to guests.
location bar at hotel god facilities modern furnishing
The hotel was located in a great spot and was only a short strol away from the centre of things.
I made a few complaints to the Manager of the hotel but still am awaiting a response from them! Not good customer service. Also the smell of smoke in a supposedly non smoking room was very bad!
I was greeted sarcastically by the clerk after having a problem with a malfunctioning door.
The ease of the location to sights around Dublin.
Loud! When we arrived on Friday night, the area that is used for breakfast in the mornings was a hoping night club over the weekend. Since it is around the corner from nearby bars, the younger crowd hangs outside in the streets...so very loud...all night long. If you don't mind street noise it's fine. I slept ok, but others may not be able to take it.
Convenience to city centre is the most positive attribute to this hotel
Poor value - no WIFI - breakfast not included in price. The rate I paid for the room and available services very overpriced when compared to other hotels I've stayed at
Location - close to Temple Bar, Graffton Street, Henry Street etc. Excellent for Olympia Theatre. Surrounded by lovely cafe bars and restaurants.
Lack of entertainment and Reception area not very welcoming. Dull and drab
The location was vgood staff we,re friendly and room was clean and comfortable.
There was no bar open in the hotel or some where to get food in the evening only breakfast.
it was so close to the city centre - right beside Temple bar so great for a night out in Dublin.
because it was so close to city centre and temple bar, it was a bit noisey with late night boozers and early morning traffic but we slept through it all.
